Terms of Service

1. The service

MemberKu provides software for gyms to manage members, check-ins, payments and member communication. Gym members use MemberKu to join, pay and check in at their gym.

2. Gym accounts

• Plans are priced monthly in Malaysian Ringgit: Ignite RM49, Accelerate RM79 and Dominate RM99.
• New gyms may start with a free trial. Continued use after the trial requires a paid plan.
• Gyms are responsible for the accuracy of their prices and plans, and for having a lawful basis to collect member data and send messages.
• Automated messages are only sent within the rules the gym sets, and only to customers who have agreed to receive them.

3. Members and visitors

• Your membership contract is with your gym, not with MemberKu. Prices, refunds and cancellations are set by the gym.
• A membership only becomes active once payment is confirmed by the payment provider or recorded by gym staff.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other gyms' data, share QR codes to bypass check-in rules, or send unlawful messages.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed by Curlec. MemberKu never stores card details.

6. Liability

MemberKu is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, MemberKu is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
